We had an issue regarding what was covered from Endurance and **** **** was able to fix everything up for us. He was patient and checked everything out, he was very pleasant to talk to.

****** was awesome i had been scammed by car company and he reassured me that we could fix this. Lost husband and he always bought our cars so this was my first vehicle to purchase.i was an emotional wreck. The car company had increased my payments over 400 dollars. I'm almost 80 and his patience ,kindness, and reassurance was amazing.

When I went online to get a quote, I received a call instead. I missed 2 calls, but called back. The customer ********************** *** was very professional and helpful. I did not approve the contract that day, but I did call back the next day to seal the deal. Both customer ********************** *** were great!

I experienced excellent service from the customer service agent, Clarissa. As a new member, I still had a few questions that she was quickly able to answer, making her very knowledgeable anout her company product. Clarissa also immediately emailed me the Endurance Policy Book which I received in less than a minute while still on the phone with her. I asked to speak to Clarissa's supervisor to let her know how impressed and grateful I was with the EXCEPTIONAL service I received from Clarissa.
