Good service and good people in customer support are rare and at least by me highly valued - I would rather pay a little more for the opportunity to speak to real people who care about your customers so when i do I am very happy to let the company know.
The customer ********************** agents are really knowledgeable and nice. They really know their stuff! No hold times was nice and instructions for my first claim were pretty simple. So far so good!
