Agent was friendly yet professional. Explained what is covered under the warranty and made certain I understood. I am a senior citizen and need assurance that my vehicle is covered for any mechanical work that may be needed in the future. I’ve read pros and cons about Endurance, I pray I’ve made the right choice.

Seem like a good deal for my truck . I was lucky enough to speak to Ronald Thigpen he walk me through anything explaining the policy very likable young man answer all my questions.Ronald out of Chicago he was very knowledgeable to be honest I can't give a review on the company because I haven't filed a claim hopefully I won't have to but it endurance is as stand up as he told me they are I think I be fine I just took he's word for it after he was stand up guy

My experience with Endurance was very good. When I spoke with the representative, she was very knowledgeable of the plans. She sought out the best plan for me. Her customer service skills were excellent.
Other than a recurring confusing letter I keep receiving the experience so far has been good.
