I called to cancel my warranty not due to service but found a sweet cheaper manufacturer warranty deal. ********* helped me out with the cancelation. Very personable and ease of cancelation was good. I give ********* 100 thumbs up. Thank you.

I just purchased the Endurance warranty and have not used it yet. I wanted to comment on how friendly customer ********************** is. Ms. ********* ********* was exceptional. She assisted me with retrieving my policy information from the app and stayed on the phone with me until I assured her I was able to access everything. She made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. She is is very patient and customer focused. I look forward to doing business with Endurance in the future.
