My experience from my first contact with Endurance has been excellent. Each individual I spoke with was knowledgeable, kind and patient. They were very clear in all explanations and transparent. ******* was my first contact and he was excellent and my second contact was with **** and he too was outstanding. All so helpful, so glad I went with Endurance. Totally positive experience! ****

I can't really say because I just bought it, but the representative was friendly and it seems reasonable for the money. I hope I don't need to use it but if I do I hope Endurance won't disappoint me.

The process was easy, customer ********************** impeccable, although I had to cancel my policy due to issue buying my vehicle, they were able to cancel it right away with no questions asked. When I buy my next used vehicle I will be definitely be coming back. Was a great easy experience!
I apologize for not remembering my representatives name but she was the most friendliest and helpful lady. I was going to cancel my policy bc life happens! Well, she looked at my policy and was able to lower the payments even more and still keep the SAME ELITE coverage! Thank you!
