My warranty on my vehicle expired. I went shopping and found Endurance online. Within a few months, had some big repairs come up. They paid for all of them. I traded in vehicle and declined the Dealership warranty, was happy to keep Endurance.
Jackson was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Very helpful and prompt.
The two gentlemen that helped me today were very kind and answered all my questions that I had for getting coverage on my Escape....they worked to get it affordable and assured me that my Escape would be taken care of in case of a breakdown....I do appreciate their assistance and them being so helpful....thank you...
I have only had them for a few months but so far they have been good. Be sure to find out all the little details that they offer. I wasn’t explained how to get my free oil change and free state inspection and when I called the girl just told me well you have to file a claim so next time file a claim. I was kinda like really! I went to the place they told me but she was not very helpful but so far everyone else has been very nice. I am giving five stars STRICTLY for the rep that I spoke to, Miss GiGi. Before I was able to speak to her, I was transferred to a specialist that was awful. I told him several times that I was only looking to cancel but he insisted on having a conversation with me, after I told him I did not want to have a conversation, on why endurance is the best company over any other company in the United States.
