When my car's battery died, I first called AAA who sold me a new battery. But that battery soon failed and I called AAA again. A different guy told me that the alternator had probably taken all the power. So, now I've called Endurance and am ready for my ****** to be towed to ****************************** Service in the morning. I have more confidence that my car will be running again soon. And the woman who answered my call was very informative.
The representative was very helpful in explaining the benefits new contract that I signed up for and was also able to update some information that was incorrect.
The agent, *******, was very cordial and most helpful and explained everything in great detail.Definitely a positive experience!!

I had contracts on two different ****** Siennas. Van #1 I owned just 9 months. Endurance paid out $7,000 for a new transmission. Van #2. I owned just 6 months. Endurance paid out $5,400 for a different engine. I am very satisfied. I had never bought an extended warranty before I am glad I did. All the staff was very nice. It took several weeks but they paid out a total of $12,400. Thank you Endurance.
