I had a great experience with ********************** answered all my questions and also offered me to sign into the Endurance app then walked me through the entire process. Very helpful and polite.
****** promptly sent me the policy that I requested. No complaint.
My payment was late due to not updating my card the technical support was unavailable for a couple of day . explained that I wasn't responsible for any late fee because I call to make payment before that time all corresponding was documented and on the 10th was able to reach endurance to make payment and update information however not sure about making a claim yet but I will research and find a better warranty when needed. CSR was very professional and courteous

Phenomenal customer ********************** I got the best service I had in a while from ************************* she corrected all the issues from the previous service rep that I hung up on because she was so rude and unprofessional. If you have a star rating service for page, I would write her 10 out of 10 she was able to keep me in the long existing customer that I was thinking of canceling the service. Thanks again, ****

called in and spoke with ****** to get info on my policy that covers my 19 Redeye. ****** verified my info quickly and gave me the info I needed before going to the repair shop. I wanted confirmation that the electrical system was covered and ****** assured me that I was good to go because I have the Supreme Wrap Plan. Thanks ******.
