I spoke with T.... in customer ********************** this morning. She was easy to understand and patient in listening to all my questions. She explained things very thoroughly and provided me with all the information I needed. She was very pleasant and helpful.
I was tempted to leave Endurance and go back to CAR SHIELD, about a month ago I needed a tow and it took about two hours to get a truck, unacceptable! I just tried to hold off and called today about a problem and I spoke to a ***** lady I believe her name was ******* and she was kind courteous and very professional which made me realize Im going to stay with Endurance
No problem they have me covered I have faith they will take care of my truck
I called ahead of having the needed work done on the car to see what would be covered, since my last experience only had $108 paid toward an &**** ****!******* was extremely polite, professional and courteous as I learned that of the new estimate that was still required, only $300 of the $1000 would be covered! My question then to ******* was to please help me justify the monthly cost of $159 for this policy that obviously couldve been spent to help me cover the previous $2100!! All communications handled in a clear and precise manner. Answered questions and asked if any other help was needed.
******* was knowledgeable and great to speak with! Needed help with a transmission question and received help right away and a recommendation on local garages.
I am a new client and the agent was very nibble and answered every question that I ask, didn't leave anything unanswered , very professional, will love to see how the insurance goes.
