Purchasing the warranty was a breeze even though a little pushy compared to cancellation after reviewing the plan. I wasnt prepared for all the questions I was asked before my request was granted. I was on the call for close to 40 minutes only to be offered a lower monthly payment. She finally granted the cancellation and credited my account.
Great customer **********************. Although my $2000.00 electrical repair wasnt covered for some unfair reason. I would recommend this warranty for other repairs.
