i was having issues with my dealer charging me a ridiculous amount of money for a small repair .. i called Endurance talked to a Eddie ***** and he helped me out when no one else would .. thx you so much . im a customer for life
My representative Michele ******, very informative provided A1 customer service as far his thoughtfulness and concerns for my experience with getting my car serviced. The payment authorization was very fast also for services rendered. Every time I'd call with a question or concern endurance ASSOCIATES are kind, knowledgeable and helpful iam pleased.
The customer service was very helpful. I have no complaints about the service I've received.

I did not have endurance for long to utilize services because I had extended warranty already but their customer service had been very calm with me with my plethora of questions. They seem to offer a ton of service I will love to utilize once the warranty I have expires. I will be back.

Regarding Endurance customer service, I had questions about my plan and spoke with Kevin D. He was helpful and courteous and answered all my questions and filled in some information I didn't know.
I called Endurance to get a quote for my car, they were rated well and wanted to give tehm a try. They have a very comprehensive coverage (80k miles/4yrs) covering pretty much anything that breaks down.
