Good Company, Those who cannot afford to pay the high maintence bills and want to drive the luxury cars.( New Flash )read the contract. These cars run great for the first five years. The person who help Was very nice and carrying. Took time to see how my day was going and listened . Then proceeded to ask what she could help me with. Thats a big plus . Answered my questions and said call if any other issues. Ended with have wonderful rest of day and allowed for you to tell her to have one also rather than just hanging up

I decided to cancel and they were really quite nice. They tried to keep me and I may take another look at Endurance at a later date, but ********************* was very kind and nice to work with.

Outstanding customers service. I have to be honest...I haven't needed to use my warranty yet, but if the level of assistance, attention to detail and act of patience **************** gave is any indication of how the process is when and if I do have to file a claim........I BELIEVE I'M IN GOOD HANDS.
