*** was very courteous, explained every detail to me, about waiting periods, how many oil changes I get a year, what my deductible was. I would recommend Endurance to anyone, just on the way *** treated me on the phone today. ??

Unfortunately I had to call in to cancel. I spoke with *** and she was wonderful, she listened to what I had to say and gave me great advice. The customer ********************** I received was outstanding and awesome the representative was extremely knowledgeable polite and just made me feel that I was wanted.
I'm still in the probationary period. This review is on the customer ********************** since I haven't used the service as of yet. I was going to cancel my plan to go with the dealer warranty, but *** was very helpful in explaining the warranty coverage and how it would benefit me since I still have my manufacturer warranty for a little while.
