Was not informed about waiting period or how long it would take to get a copy of contract or policy
They paid a huge portion of the repairs. While my deductible was $100 I had to cough up another $400+ to the dealership because they do not negotiate costs. They charge what they charge. I do have a working A/C now that temps are above 102. Not horribly disappointed but, not totally satisfied either at the extra cost out of pocket.
