Endurance gave me peace of mind when I bought a used vehicle with no included warranty. The customer service members, from sales to accounting, are all polite, professional and happy to help. The payments are reasonable and they are very open and honest about what their coverage provides and knowledgeable about what your needs may be. I highly recommend them. So far, so good. We just recently signed up, and have not yet needed to make a claim. The lady I signed up with was super informative and courteous... Endurance should give her a raise! The gentleman I spoke with today in Customer Service was equally as outstanding and very helpful. The ********* password I got in the mail did not work, so he gave me the correct EnduranceWarranty.com web address, username, and new password, and now all is well. Very happy so far.
