I have only been with endurance for 1-2 weeks however, so far so good. When I need them , endurance better back me up.I will definitely be leaving another review once I use them stay tuned
I gave a four star for the second ****** I spoke to. Because she help me the most and went further with giving me updated information. The first ****** was more argumetive and not telling me any information that was useful or seem like she didn't know.
I was in the process of discontinuing my Endurance Warranty Services as I could no longer afford the premium. I spoke with ***** who understood my predicament of wanting to keep my vehicle insured but struggling to pay the premiums. She went over my policy coverage in detail and stressed the need to keep the vehicle insured. She worked for two days in coming up with a reasonable reduction in the premium cost and I am now able to continue coverage without a break in services. THE APPLICATION PROCESS WAS VERY EASY WITH THE ASSOCIATE I TALKED WITH ON THE PHONE. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND KNEW AND EXPLAINED EVERY THING I NEEDED TO KNOW SO I WOULD UNDERSTAND IT. THUMBS UP!!!!!!!
