I called your company because they were well rated when I Google about extended warranties. The man I was connected with spoke so evenly and pleasantly that it was extremely easy to understand him and converse with him. He never made me feel rushed and gave me time to get him any information he needed, without a problem. Your price and coverage were much better than my previous extended warranty companies offer. It was easy to get my quote. It was easy to get in touch with a real person who answered all my questions. They seem to be very knowledgeable about the product and they were extremely friendly besides the business. I'm a returning customer and can actually say I"m kicking myself for not switching my plan from on vehicle to the other. Because the company I did go with was a disappointment. I called to cancel the contract with Endurance, but I was connected with **** a service Mgr in ***** Fl. Office. Excellent interaction with him. He explained my options, somethings I can do after his reasoning for not canceling the policy, I didn't. This has to be the best customer ********************** person I have EVER spoken with..He listened to my rantings because I was upset by the end of the call he had me laughing.
