Endurance helped me with my extended warranty, I definitely would recommend Endurance to family and friends.
I had received a notice from Endurance Auto Warranty indicating that my payment could not be processed. My bank card had to be discontinued due to fraud and I had to wait for a new card to be issued. I called Endurance to explain the situation and give them my new information to process. I spoke with ****** at Endurance who was a very kind and understanding person and certainly an excellent representative of Endurance.

I had my wife's Mercedes GLC300 in for service. The service wtiter said my car needed an ~ $260 software upfate. He checked from his ******* called Customer **********************. The lady I spoke to eas polite & friendly. She told me upgraded software is NOT covered. Oh, Well.
