The agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained my options for coverage and helped me pick a plan that will fit my needs. He explained the coverage well and helped me understand what to expect.
So far I've been with them for a year and no complaints. My ac went out and it was a really big deal in my new suburban due to the location of repairs that was needed addressed and the cost was not cheap but they gave us no problems. I had my vehicle back to me within the same day and it's worked great ever since. I had purchased the warranty that had the most coverage which was basically bumper to bumper minus basic brake, oil changes, etc..I advise anyone to get the entire package deal if you're going to pursue this as an ... read more
