There has been some mix-up with the billing, hopefully that has been ironed out.Any of the times I have spoken with a representative, I have been treated like a valued customer; representatives are more than courteous, and are especially helpful in fixing whatever it is I am calling about.It is nice to deal with a company that appreciates it's customers, especially in today's market!!
