I was hesitant to continue my warranty past the first 30 days because of the cost. I called them and spoke with ****** and he went over my contract with me. He reassured me that they rank high because of their consistent coverage to honor their customers and contracts. He even found a discount for my monthly payment for same plan and gave me a month free so I wouldn't cancel my contract. Going over the contract gave me a piece of mind and I am glad I called.
