I purchased a plan and was very happy with the cost and coverage. However, once I received the contract and read it, I found that Endurance doesn't cover a vehicle if it is used off road. I called them and spoke to ***. He was friendly and courteous. He immediately canceled my contract for me and refunded my money. I received notice from my bank that the refund was pending before we finished our conversation.
