What a fantastic company with fantastic employees.I have had Endurance coverage since spring of 2024. Well, long story short, I lost my job last month due to cut backs. Ms. ********** customer ********************** is spot on. She took the time to hear me out. She wasn't quick to say no, and she could do nothing to help with my complaint. Businesses need more customer ********************** representatives like Ms. ********* Thank you.
The customer ********************** was great. He explained the contract to me. I haven't had to file a claim yet with them. I heard they were the best extended car warranty. My car has a lot of miles on it and things go wrong. When I have to use the warranty I will leave a review.
Great customer ********************** ********* was very helpful. She was understand and listened to what I had to say. I was not going to keep my leased car so had to cancel policy. I waited for her to input all information needed and stop payment. She said it would take a few day for money back in my account.
My tail gate on my 2018 Escape was acting up badly. Drove to my dealer and I never had to do a thing. Endurance and my **** dealer took care of it all! Saved me $988!!! First claim and very satisfied!
