The gentleman who sold me the extended warranty policy was very professional no pressure just the facts approach with a return clause if I decided against the policy. The next day when I checked that my existing extended warranty was valid for another 5 years or ***** miles the lady who answered was also very professional no pressure and immediately returned my down payment and initiation fee. Both represented Endurance well and I will use you in the future. Thanks ************
