******* was easy to deal with didnt apply the pressure Ive experienced. Could tell he believed in his product and wasnt a sales pitch for his job. Showed concern for my concerns and we did have automotive experience as a common ground. Im former sales and appreciated his approach.

The lady i spoke to was so nice and detailed in what she was explaining that I had no questions when she was done writing up my contract. she was amazing and am now so relaxed about my car having the coverage that it does.

*********** *. Was very helpful. My issue was that in reviewing my contract I discovered an exclusion for commercial vehicle tags. Because of the weight of my truck I am required to have commercial plates. I was not asked about this during the initial sign up conversation. ***** was able to check the box for coverage and discount the policy to cover the additional charge.
I called in for a couple different reasons and was greeted by ********. The reason I'm writing this is because of her Very Warm Greeting and the way she listened and responded. I asked her about work I need to have done and she supplied me with that departments number. This will be my first time filing a claim with them .So I felt Compelled to write about ******** and Very Professional service. I now hope that I will be just as Happy when I file my claim. *. ******
