Experienced a misunderstanding with a few CS agents, however, my call was escalated to **** aka Izzy and he was calm and apologetic. He was able to de-escalate the situation and keep me as a customer.

To the young man that had helped me "I forgot his name just that quick,but Im the one named ******. But he was the most kindest person and most calm person ever. I really appreciate that ,real professional cause most people would get nat attitude then you get one, there you go. But he was nothing of the sort very pleasant to talk to THANK YOU
