They are pretty good for answering questions when you call. However, their is only one auto shop within 25 miles that accepts the warranty.Then, they take a while to pay.the auto shop. In trying to get the payment, the shop had to hassle with Endurance because they wanted to haggle the price the shop qoted.

we have not to use on our yukon it has aprox ***** we take good care of it looks like new is good to know we are protected

Finally, especially since I always seem to procrastinate, I called Endurance from the letters that I have been receiving. The representative that my husband and I talked with was very personal. He explained all of the services that Endurance provided and answered all of our questions about the policy. He seemed very knowledgeable and extended a July 4th discount, even though it was after July 4th.
