The customer ********************** representative i dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable, Answer all my questions to where they were clear and understandable. Was the best phone customer experience i have had in a long time .

I saw the commercial on TV and was a little skeptic but I had paid my car off early and thought well. I'll put the money into an insurance policy. Little did I know 6 months later. I would need it as soon as the car was repaired. Something else happened and there is endurance taking care of it all. I couldn't be more grateful and thankful for the great service. I highly recommend them and I'm sure I will be doing business with them for a very long time. Thank you, Endurance.

After Purchasing several used cars from CarMax, Carvana and CarGurus, I contacted an Endurance representative (***** *****) who was exceptionally patient and professional explaining to me the various extended warranty options and which would be best for my circumstances. With *****' help. i purchased 3 individual contracts and now feel very well protected from unexpected breakdowns and car repair bills.

I purchased my warranty 2 years ago. The only time my claim was denied was because it wasn't a covered issue but I only had to pay the deductible to the repair shop. Today, I had to call about my warranty because I had a total loss of the my vehicle. The agent promptly sent the paperwork to transfer the warranty to another vehicle in my household. Plus side is I can then transfer the warranty to my new vehicle when I get one.
