Just signed on to the program and have not had a occasion to use it, I actually hope I never do. The initial contact was great and Isen was professional and able to answer my questions. I look forward to a nice relationship. So, for now, I have given Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C. a five star rating.
I have had Endurance for about a year and a half. 6 months after I bought my truck had issues with the transmission, Endurance solved that problem! My local shop called them, they worked it all out, picked up truck 6 day's later, Fixed! I did my homework when deciding on a company to purchase a warranty, and it paid off! So, do your homework, but you will find Endurance is the way to go!!
Great coordination with service shop.I had an issue hard to diagnose on a older car. Endurance came thru with everything they promised and coordinated the whole thing with my auto shop. They were even able to get a hard to find part with a warranty.I highly recommend.
