The consultant who responded was very knowledgeable. I didn't have the feeling of her trying to convince me or pull me over the table. She made trustworthy statements and I didn't have the feeling of being talked into a contract.

I just signed up for this service and have not used it yet. I hope I don't have to but it seems a good value for the peace of mind it brings. The agents who signed me up were very friendly, professional, and helpful. I will wait until using the actual service to apply as star rating. It will not allow me to leave with a star rating. I don't want to leave a poor one and reluctant to offer the BEST one before needing actual results but I will leave FIVE starts in hopes it is GREAT. Thanks.
