Agent was very accommodating and thorough in answering my concerns of my vehicle service contract. He even was proactive in explaining that my current coverage is best for a vehicle of the age and mileage of mine. I wish I could speak to this agent during any future sessions.

Had low tire show up on my instrument panel. I was on a trip all by myself on I-10 in *********** very busy interstate, I kept my eye on the pressure until I found a safe place to stop. I called Endurance told them them what was going on and they quickly sent someone out to plug it I probably waited 30 minutes took the guy about 45 minutes to repair.
The was but, I had problem taking my vehicle to my dealership. Otherwise, I got the problem resolved.....THANKS C/S **** ,who took care of me during my cancelation was very polite and courteous.
