I called for clarification on why my payments weren't taken out of my checking account. The person I talked with was great and she informed me that my account was paid up. Great news. I have only used Endurance once since I have had my policy and the experience was wonderful.

I was having trouble making my monthly payment. And the agent **** *. Was very helpful and knowledgeable about finding a solution to help me maintain my coverage. I haven't had to use my warranty service thank goodness but their customer ********************** is amazing. I just hate they mo longer have the App.
