**** ******* was our pint of contact to get the quote and sign us up for our policy. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our question, understood that we wanted a paper copy of everything mailed to us and was just a very kind person in general. You are very lucky to have him as an employee.
We had a contract for a year, and then we sold the car. We heard that Endurance was a good company to work with. That's why we purchased the plan. Had we kept the car, we would have continued with the plan. The sales and account representatives were excellent.
