Having this coverage for about 15 months has already helped a lot with tire coverage and costly repairs. Communication is very good with agents on the phone, explaining everything well. I am about to have a surgery which will prevent driving for a few months and so I'll lose my part time job income. A representative named ********* explained options and gave me a laugh as an extra. She set me up with a plan which will help me out so I don't need to completely cancel the policy. Thank you for that.
I have not had to use them for an auto repair as of yet but they always answer the phone and take care of my questions.
