Stay away from this group. they do not care about medical results. it's all about a scam to double bill the patients and there is no one you can speak to in the local office. They make you call an 800 number that works 10% of the time and those people say they cannot see what was done or paid for. Epiphany is all about scamming people and nothing about medical care.
