RecommendedI have the best Dermatologist ever! She is always there when I need, with having psoriasis it can be random and definitely difficult when you don’t expect it! Online booking appointment three times weeks ahead and each time day before appointment they canceled! Michelle Harvey from ED headquarters I guess, reached out and to contact her for a personal response appointment and of course won’t call back or communicate. Very unprofessional on two instances.
The level of communication with patients is terrible. Don’t even try to call for information. No one answers the line for clinical staff and voicemail box is full. Wouldn’t matter anyway because they don’t call back even when they say they will. I’ve been trying to fix a problem with a prescription for weeks with no help, just told to wait for call back-that never comes.
