No wait time. Polite, friendly, caring. In a bit of a hurry. Exam was maybe not as thorough as it could have been, but I'm not a dermatologist, so I'm not certain and it may have been adequate, and the PA seemed very professional.
Christine is always very kind, thorough and always informing me of what's going on.
