I'm giving this location 3 stars solely because of the front desk experience. The doctor and medical assistant were beyond wonderful, and the dark-haired receptionist with glasses was extremely kind and trying her best under pressure. Unfortunately, the redheaded receptionist at the front desk was the rudest person ever. Both when checking in and checking out, she abandoned a massive line of waiting patients to go get coffee, leaving her coworker completely stranded. Provider was great and very thorough in her assessment. Provider also adequately addressed my concern and helped me feel comfortable. Staff were friendly and prompt. Facility is a bit dated and could use a renovation, but overall, I had a positive experience with my care and will continue to use their services.

I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room, and 30 minutes in exam room. It’s really difficult to sit on an exam table for that long without back support, so I opted to sit in the chair until they came in. My appointment was at 10:15. I was not late. I wasn’t seen until 11;15. Other than that, I like my doctor very much, and everything else was fine.

I rushed in traffic to get to my appointment on time, and i made it on time. However, i was made to wait quite a long time to be called into a room, and then made to wait longer again before the actual provider came in. My actual appointment lasted 7 minutes. Not acceptable on any level.
