Erie Home Roofing seriously has their act together. From the start, everything is explained in detail, questions are answered, phone numbers for staff are provided and return calls are timely. Their technicians are well trained, polite, and clean up after themselves. I have yet to find any stray nails or small pieces of shingle material. If weather is an issue, they ensure no rain will impact the house and updates are communicated about any delays. Need a new roof? Check them out first!

Erie Home and **** ******did a roof and gutter replacement for our home. From start to finish their team were excellent communicators. Their installers were extremely hard workers that installed premium materials. This along with a 50 year warranty provides piece of mind regarding the roof.

Even though purchasing a new roof for our 3-1/2 yr old ***. home from a well known builder was not what we wanted, we chose the right roofing company to work with.Sales people were great, no pressure and showed us pictures of our roof that had shingles missing and loose pieces and incorrect install. The two men that came out to inspect my roof were super nice. One crawled up into my attic and took some pictures that showed black spots in some of the cracks between the boards. He said these were leaks and we’re starting to rock the wood. They sold me on the product. But they were very pushy. I told them I don’t make these kind of big decisions on the same day, but they kept coming back with discounts that I would lose if I didn’t make the decision that night. Great job by ***** and his crew, working in 95 degree temperatures to finish the roof in a day. The sales team was good, installation and follow up exceptional. It was expensive, but if this roof lasts as long as it should, I will have saved money. This is my third and last roof in the 25 years Ive owned the house. Best detailit rained for 3 days after the install and I never saw a leak! Thanks to all involved.

Sales people were very through, explained everything in detail. When the metal shingles arrived the install crew did a very good job, right up to the time they ran out out of shingles. Was told 3 to 5 days for the shingles to come in, a MONTH later they arrived. When the install crew came, it was just the crew chief, he worked his butt off to finish the roof. We also had them install **********, however the install crew was not told to uninstall the screens that were already in place, thus delaying.the **********in stall.

The work the Erie team performed was very good. They kept me updated as they made progress, and the finished basement area looks good. Some finishing items could be better. They cleaned up afterward but a film still remained - which is understandable due to the amount of cement dust. The sump pump outlets needed additional silicone caulk to fill the holes to the outside. The sales team needs to be closer in sync with the finished product.
