Even though purchasing a new roof for our 3-1/2 yr old ***. home from a well known builder was not what we wanted, we chose the right roofing company to work with.Sales people were great, no pressure and showed us pictures of our roof that had shingles missing and loose pieces and incorrect install. They worked with us to get the best financing for us. Communication from sales to install was superb. We were informed of everything always. Cleanup was very good. We now have a 15 yr warranty certificate on our choice of roof an... read more

The work the Erie team performed was very good. They kept me updated as they made progress, and the finished basement area looks good. Some finishing items could be better. The four stars instead of five reflect a failure to abide by the contract regarding debris removal. We indicated that we wanted a dump truck but we got a dumpster that sat on our driveway for eight and a half days, preventing us from using our driveway and our garage. The quality of the actual roof installation was excellent, and the care for preventing damage to deck and plantings as well as the final cleanup were exemplary.

Erie Home is a professional organization. They were on time, gave a clear assessment of my roof, showed pictures of the damage and their services. When the team came, care was given to my plants, covered sensitive areas. When completed, the area was cleaned up and put back together. I am so pleased with their service and would recommend them to friends and neighbors
