They did a great job installing the roof and with the clean up. They even cleaned up our patio, with the maple tree droppings. I would recommend Erie Home to anyone.

Sales team was ok. There were some things they were not totally honest about. Roofing crew was great. To be very honest they did not speak English, but it didn’t matter. The young lady that came as the “Leader” did all the communicating and did a great job. The roofing team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Not just the roof, doing it in 1 day, but making sure everything on the ground was protected and thoroughly cleaned up. You expect that but they were just so thorough and worked great as a team. They were very accommodating when we had push out the install date due to a family emergency. Work was done in a timely manner and cleaned up very well. Would highly recommend for metal roofing.

The sales representative was very professional and not pushy. He showed me their product and we negotiated a reasonable price. Within 2 weeks they were doing my roof. The crew did an awesome job removing the old roof and installing the now one. When they were do they totally cleaned up and when they left it looked like no one had ever been there. The job was completed in one day and to exactly what was agreed on.

We were extremely pleased with the roof replacement process from Erie. This company provided excellent customer service and professionalism through every step from the knowledgeable salesman to the install manager. Every single person on the crew was courteous and thoughtful and did a great clean up job during and after the process. They showed up exactly when they said they would and my roof is beautiful. If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would.

We love our new roof. We have already noticed the temperature is more consistent throughout the house. Our AC doesn't turn on as often and the house is at a comfortable temperature. We are glad we chose Erie to redo our roof.

Erie arrived promptly at 7 a.m. and set right to work. They were efficient and professional, working with a precise choreography that was amazing to watch. My plan B was to leave the noise behind and find somewhere else to spend the day, but I was too fascinated watching them work! When the crane truck arrived, I was hooked. (!) Can a roof be gorgeous? My roof is gorgeous. They cleaned up meticulously. From the Field Representative to the Installation Manager to the crew up on the roof, all were a part of making this very ex... read more
