I am beyond pleased with my new roof. The crew arrived promptly at 7 and had completely finished and cleaned up all debris by 4. They even used a strong magnet to collect nails and other undesirable metal pieces after the job was done. The price was not cheap , but neither were the materials or workmanship. Additionally, the warranty is an added bonus. The crew repaired or replaced items as needed with no extra charge. Erie Home installed a new roof on our house, using fiberglass performance shingles and high performance underlayment. While the cost was more than we had originally intended to spend, we feel the quality of the roof and the strength of the warranty justified the price. We were very pleased by the workmanship and by the helpfulness of the supervisor, **** ******, who efficiently accomodated several complications in the roof and gutter. The roof is beautiful.

On time. Tidied up at the end of each day. Workers were pleasant to have in my home. Cleaned at end of project. Left me a nice smelling , dry basement.

The people that did the job did do a good job. The only thing is that they need to do a better job on getting nails picked up in the driveway and on the main sidewalk. Otherwise I like the roof and gutters are great.

Before May 20, 2026, I had never heard of Erie Home. This is the day a nice young man rang my doorbell. He had a great personality and was never pushy. He explained who he was and why he came to my door and I could get a free roof inspection. I agreed but told him I wasn't interested in getting a new roof at this time. Didn't work out that way. Thorough inspection of old roof and explanation of issues and why Erie Home roof systems are better than normal roofing installations. We got a great deal on financing and they did an excellent job of communicating and guiding us through the approvals and the installation progress. They did an excellent job on the installation with especially close attention to the details to give us a roof with excellent protection and appearance.

They were very accommodating when we had push out the install date due to a family emergency. Work was done in a timely manner and cleaned up very well. Would highly recommend for metal roofing.
