Everyone has been been super welcoming, and the caregivers have been exceptional. Overall, the experience has been very positive, and the transition was smooth.
I would give Pacifica a five in every category. When you first come into the parking lot, it looks like just a gray building . But then walking up to the entrance you start to feel the warmth. We looked at many places, but Pacifica is the whole package. Staff five, cleanliness five, [name removed] a 12, atmosphere five. It's the cost that I am worried about.
I would tell others to really really check out their consistency with administration of medications and their pharmacy (which is very sub standard in our opinion). That has been the biggest complaint for us during the experience here.
Our family had an in person tour and we were very happy with the experience but it was quite more expensive then what we were looking for. Overall it was a great experience, the staff were very nice, accommodating and it came highly recommend to us
I just wanted to extend my thanks for every staff member being so kind and attentive. I have never been to this location before and when I came to visit a patient, every person I came in contact with was so pleasant, helpful and kind. Thank you so much for having such amazing people in the building. Their care extends beyond the residents!
My wife and I live here for about 2+ years. The staff and caregivers are well trained and the little touch of "caring: which is very important in our senior years - A great place!!
