Thank you for the communication, it really makes a difference. My parents have been at Pacifica since August 2016 and by far your communications are the best. We don't need a newsletter although they are fun. A simple quarterly or even based note is just perfect and hopefully way easier for you. My prayers are with you and your entire team. God bless.
