So far everyone has been wonderful. [name removed] was so helpful. The nurses are sport on with my mom's meds. Thank you for caring for my mom.
My mom has been a resident at Pacifica for the past 2 years. From the first day, we walked in for a tour and ever since, I haven't seen my mom this happy in years. Everyone who works there goes beyond my expectations! They are all loving, caring and are ready to help whenever needed. We are so pleased to have found this amazing place!
Pacifica treats both the virus and mental health seriously. We just had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with my father, and I know it did him well!
At first it seemed really good, but the communication between the community and our family was not good at all. We do know the friendliness of the staff was good. However at the moment we do not think we would recommend this community.
Having looked around at other places we do think the value of this community was fair. In the overall scheme of things, the director and sales person were so caring when it came to the residents at the community. Their response time was impeccable, we thought the communication was perfect. The rooms were great, our loved one had a single room with it's own bathroom with a little balance and had nice storage. The food was good as well, and we would recommend this community.
The staff went to a great deed of trouble so we could have some resembles of a family. Thanksgiving during the pandemic we very much enjoyed the meal and just being able to sit around the table with our brother and toast the holidays. Thank you Pacifica Escondido team.

This Thanksgiving dinner has been outstanding! It has been wonderful to have such a lovely dinner with my mom in spite of Covid. Haven't seen her in a long time and this meant the world to us. Thank you for making this dinner happened. We loved having a private room and dinner. Was stellar. Your Chef is the best!
