I have lived here for over 7 years. The staff is very accommodating, compassionate, and kind. I have some very close friends who make this place special. The added bonus is the church service and bible study with pastor [name removed] The activities are well balanced and meet the needs of all.
Our family was able to have an in person tour and we had a great experience. We would of chosen this community but the dining room was just to far away and due to our loved ones health state she would of not been able to make it there.
OUTSTANDING staff! Helpful, cheerful, upbeat, and caring. My sister is very fortunate to be surrounded by such caring and loving people. A 5 STAR!!
My relative needed Asst. Living & I visited this place The grounds & bldg is beautiful. He has such good care has made a big improvement since leaving the nursing home. meals are good - I can visit anytime & take him out, care is very loving. Staff are friendly, helpful
The cleanliness of the community is fine, but they are having some issues with staffing. The meals are pretty good as far as the quality, but if you are not able to make it downstairs to the dining room, they will deliver the meals to your room for a small fee, and that is for every meal needed to be delivered.
Our family was able to do an in person tour before the pandemic and it was nice. We were able to go around and see all the rooms and what they had to offer. It was clean and there were no weird or fowl smells.
Everyone at Pacifica has been warm and friendly and made my mom's transition so much easier. I love the cleanliness and compassion and the eagerness to personally connect with my mom. I feel so blessed to have her here and know that she is safe.
We moved our mom from Hawaii to San Diego. The facility is making improvement but is a little rundown. All staff were helpful. All staff were polite. Services were great. All staff appeared happy with their work. We got great help when we asked. We were checked on frequently . Other residents had good things to say about living at Pacifica Escondido.
Our family had a virtual tour with the facility, and even though it is not the same as an in person experience it was still good. The communication virtually was straight forward with no gray areas or confusion.
