Every time it rains, I am reminded of how thankful I am that I decided to have my basement waterproofed. My home was built in 1924. So, it is a fixer-upper for sure. Anytime it rained (a hard torrential rain), my basement would flood. I would have to pump out 2 to 2 1/2 inches of water. I originally had a door-to-door salesperson from EverDry who came to offer free inspections to everyone in the neighborhood. The price that I was quoted was very reasonable. Soon after we moved into our house in 2019, one of the two sump pumps we had was not fully draining on its own. We called and let them know of the issue. About two days after the initial call they sent out a tech, he was on time and happy to help. Took a look over the sump pump that was not draining correctly and asked a few questions. They installed my unit in a timely manner, the workers were very kind and helpful in explaining the unit performance and to contact customer support if there ever was an issue with the unit. I have had no problems in the 5-10yrs that I have had the unit. It works better than I expected so I am more than pleased . I purchased a Warranty and thankful to have the support and fortunately I have not had to have any service done on the unit. A crew of 4 plus a supervisor arrived as scheduled 4 - 7 hour days to do a major multi step water proofing to a finished basement. Inside & Outside the entire foundation. All work done by hand on both inside & outside trenches. Sealed all wall cracks on inside. Added submersible pressure relief system , added EZBreathe ventilation system. Underground sump pump with a back up sump pumps installed. All systems maintained free by Everdry. Within a few days of installation the air was cleaner.
