They installed my unit in a timely manner, the workers were very kind and helpful in explaining the unit performance and to contact customer support if there ever was an issue with the unit. I have had no problems in the 5-10yrs that I have had the unit. It works better than I expected so I am more than pleased . I purchased a Warranty and thankful to have the support and fortunately I have not had to have any service done on the unit. A crew of 4 plus a supervisor arrived as scheduled 4 - 7 hour days to do a major multi step water proofing to a finished basement. Inside & Outside the entire foundation. All work done by hand on both inside & outside trenches. Sealed all wall cracks on inside. Added submersible pressure relief system , added EZBreathe ventilation system. Underground sump pump with a back up sump pumps installed. All systems maintained free by Everdry. Within a few days of installation the air was cleaner. Our basement had issues with moisture and an old french drain that was not functioning properly. Another company tried to fix a sagging wall and the moisture, but did not correct the issue. We had Everdry come out and fix the drainage as well as the sagging wall. The basement that had issues for 20 years was resolved with Everdry?s work and we were able to finally finish our basement.

Everdry Waterproofing changed our basement from being chronically wet to dry even after multiple days of rain. Before having our basement waterproofed a single day of rain would have water running through our basement. Their system is tailored to your needs.

Everdry did an excellent job stopping the water leakage in our basement. Water had leaked into our basement for years each time there was a heavy rain. Our basement has been water free since the work was completed in 2019. The work was completed in a timely manner and the customer service has been great. Thanks Everdry.

MY HUSBAND HIRED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF RAIN WATER SEEPING INTO OUR BASEMENT WHEN THERE WAS HEAVY RAIN FALL. HE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE TO DRY IT OUT BEFORE WE COULD MAKE USE OF IT EACH TIME. I CAN'T TELL HOW LONG IT HAS BEEN SINCE WE HAD THE IN-GROUND SYSTEM INSTALLED. MY HUSBAND HANDLED ALL OF THE DETAILS RELATED TO THE WORK DONE.
