We originally had Everdry out to waterproof our Meridian Kessler basement (IYKYK) 5 years ago. This included the interior basement wall French drain as well as some exterior wall drainage that empties into a drywall in the backyard. The work has been nearly perfect. Original installation by prior regime was a mess, but the new leadership over at Everdry Indy has rectified all major issues and has made good on the warranty (which is a fantastic deal, so stay current on it!). Overall, they?ve corrected some major water issues in our home, and I?m pleased with the service and the system.

I had Alex come out for an inspection and estimate. He was very thorough and explained everything. Our install date was scheduled and I was able to get it completed 3 weeks earlier than scheduled:) Scott was great with his crew. They showed up when they said, he communicated with me every step of the way. He took the Neverending ground water issue with stride and got the job completed on time. We had everdry come in last year and waterproof the basement. Since then we have had no problems with the basement leaking or having water in it whatsoever, and it's been nice, having a dry basement and not the smell and the mold and the mildew. I did have them out once on the air dehumidifier but it wasn't a problem and was taken care of very quickly . I had high hopes for EverDry Indianapolis, but they rely heavily on cookie-cutter solutions. My non-traditional layout required a painful journey of numerous return visits just to stop water intrusion.Their warranty covers future seepage, but the process completely lacks coordination. Fixing issues required two separate appointments weeks apart. Supervisors lacked expertise outside standard setups, deflected responsibility, and gave crews conflicting instructions.
