While we didn't do the original waterproofing (the previous homeowners did), it's been great that the warranty was transferrable because we had a small leak under the basement stairs that was fixed within days of requesting service at no cost. So far the warranty has been as good as advertised, which is rare these days. We also plan to rip out some old cabinets and they are going to come back for free to finish the waterproofing behind the cabinets where it really needs to be. Everdry completed out basement inspection and ultimately our basement foundation repair. Both the inspection and repair teams were polite and courteous. They were able to complete the repair in 2 days despite the rain and chilly Temps of November. I've recommended them to any friends/neighbors in need of foundation inspections.

I have been with Ever-Dry since 2018. Had to have my crawl space dried and repaired. Ever-Dry did a LOT of work, and got it done in two days. They installed the Air-Flow System, which has kept the crawl space dry since then. If I have needed service, they came out quickly every time! My favorite part is the Guarantee, which goes to new house owners if we move. Five Stars all the way with Ever-Dry !
