Do NOT call these people unless you're big on lousy customer service and being overcharged. To add insult to injury, the gas fireplace they "fixed" in March stopped working shortly after we began using it this season. Same exact issue.

My original service date was changed and that's why there was a $75 credit. The bill was $380 for ones hour worth of work. Yes, I paid $305 and that's still incredibly overpriced. I didn't hang up on the supervisor. We were disconnected and then re-connected. The fact is the supervisor wasn't listening. I was being given a spiel and told how the services are " a little expensive."I did end the call when he told me there was nothing he could do. It saddens me to read this review and receive a one Star rating. Reason being is that we did extend a $75 off discount so the total you paid was $305 for your services. Our supervisor tried to talk about pricing but was hung up on twice and unable to finish the conversation. I'll give this company a 4 on their actual service component, but a 1 on their communication! After an unsuccessful repair appointment due to a part that didn't fit! I was told by the young man doing the repair that they would attempt to order a new part, and the office would keep me informed as to what was happening! After a bit over a week of silence, I phoned to inquire about any action. I was told then that it would take 7-10 days to get the part and then when the part came in They would call. This company has a sub-title of Professional HVAC Services. This would be the furthest thing from the truth based on our recent experience. It should be renamed "Unprofessional HVAC Services" based on what transpired while trying to resolve an issue. The owner was far too busy trying to point fingers rather than lend a hand find a resolution to a problem he was directly involved in.
