I'll give this company a 4 on their actual service component, but a 1 on their communication! After an unsuccessful repair appointment due to a part that didn't fit! I was told by the young man doing the repair that they would attempt to order a new part, and the office would keep me informed as to what was happening! After a bit over a week of silence, I phoned to inquire about any action. I was told then that it would take 7-10 days to get the part and then when the part came in They would call. This company has a sub-title of Professional HVAC Services. This would be the furthest thing from the truth based on our recent experience. It should be renamed "Unprofessional HVAC Services" based on what transpired while trying to resolve an issue. The owner was far too busy trying to point fingers rather than lend a hand find a resolution to a problem he was directly involved in.
