They installed a new gas furnace and AC unit in my house. We had an extremely cold week in winter and the external condensation drain pipe froze. This triggers the furnace to shut off to prevent water from leaking.. (safety measure that worked great BTW.) The owner came out and installed a small sump pump and internal drain to solve the problem. They had us back up and running within a day and haven't had any issues since. My interactions and communications with Shaun, the Hearth Sales & Installation Manager were, from his end, customer-service oriented. There were several issues that came up after asking questions and doing some research. Shaun willingly worked with us to make sure we were completely happy with our choice and satisfied with the experience. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. We have a tricky home in terms of climate control and the solution TJ delivered has been nothing short of fantastic for our situation. On top of that, any time we've called for service whether on our ductless units or our (aging) furnace and AC, they are prompt, upfront, and helpful. We called this company because igniter was not functioning. Service tech arrived in early afternoon, installed a new Robert Shaw igniter, total time here was about 30 minutes. The total charge for this easy install was $343, $109 for service call and $234 for new igniter with quick installation. I felt this charge was excessive for the short time involved and part supplied. I should have secured several quotes beforehand. No problem with service tech, just the high cost.

Wow! Amazing service and workmanship. Shaun was the technician that serviced my gas fireplace. Immaculate and clean workspace with attention to detail. His communication was great and he answered all my questions. I am in the middle of a remodel so I've had all types of contractors and companies coming thru my house, this by far has been the best experience so far out of all of them!!

So impressed! Evergreen Gas was recommended by several neighbors on Nextdoor. Called them this am, as the company our builder recommended couldn't come out for two weeks. Evergreen's tech came out with in 4 hours of us calling and fixed our fireplace! Thank you Justin for your awesome service.
