In getting ready to switch from an electric dryer to gas, we were referred to Evergreen Gas by NW Natural to get the existing gas line split. An appointment was made to have an estimate done. I don't give 5 stars unless they are earned and this company earns them. They serviced my gas fireplace and found a gasket around the glass that needed to be replaced. That is not something that they can do; but they made sure I not only had a good contact to get it replaced; but gave me explicit details on how to put it back in once it was repaired. They were super helpful, friendly and very careful of keeping everything in the work area clean. I'd recommend them every time.

I recently bough a gas insert fireplace from NW Natural and used their recommended installer, Evergreen Gas. I rarely do online reviews, but as a new first-time home owner, I've experienced a wide range of service levels for my home remodel projects. Evergreen has been a fav. Evergreen was fabulous, prompt, professional and made the entire install a very easy, enjoyable process. I would highly recommend them. We bought a gas insert through NW Natural & used Evergreen as the recommended contractor. Bill the owner came out to give us an estimate right away. From purchasing the the fire insert from NW Natural to installation the entire process was seamless. We had some issues with the rock from our fireplace around the insert. Diego from Evergreen created a metal facade on sight. It looks perfect. Their customer service is a 10. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.

Had fireplace serviced today by Evergreen. I called 9 companies and they had the lowest price available. (Check website. Used coupon and saved 30 dollars!) They scheduled about a week out and gave a window of 830 to 12. Received reminder call 2 days before and on day of they called to give heads up when tech was on his way. Tech came in and did a really great job cleaning and explaining how to avoid the most common issues. Gave me a great tutorial on the complicated remote. I highly discourage anyone looking for HVAC service to contact this company, For almost two weeks I've been trying to get them to respond. During my initial call I was told I needed to talk with the service manager so I left my name and number. Almost a week later no return call. Called again, was told she would give the service manager a reminder message. Four days later no return call. Call again, my call is disconnected. Call back and goes to VM. Do not use this company! Had an appt scheduled for work to be done at an LO condo we don't live at. They gave me a 2 hr (2pm-4pm) window and I asked them to contact me 20 min before their arrival so I could get there before the technician and let them into the building. I drove to condo as it was closing into the last hr of the 'window' and I didn't want to holdup the tech. They sent me a text at 3:30pm stating technician was running behind so now coming at 5pm. So I purchased a service contract for my heating and a/c. In the spring I had my a/c service and after that my electrostatic filter stopped working, they came back to let me know it couldn't be repaired because parts were no longer available that if I wanted to replace it I would need to purchase a new unit and have it installed. I decided against the new unit.
