This was my first time coming here and "Nando" did a terrible job on my hair. He kept insisting on doing highlights because he knew what he was doing and the more I rejected the offer, the less of a good job he did! For the "double processing" he put a towel in my face and said cover your face for the smell and it still went through the towel! I'm so upset about this place. I've talked to Groupon customer service representative on Friday (7/18) and he gave me a full refund. 1. First of all, a really bad haircut. The hairstylist cut my hair for like 15 minutes and that was it. And it was choppy. 2. A unknown charge fee, such as extra $10 if I want to get a haircut from a certain stylist. That was not mentioned in Groupon at all. 3. Why so overpriced? even the regular walk-in price is $25 for haircut, blowdry and styling. So why $29 on groupon? The original $55 dea... read more
Make sure to let them know this is your first there so they at least try to make a good impression so you can come back. I was very satisfied to the point of tipping more than 50% of the groupon!
Clean , pleasant surroundings, efficient, great shampoo woman and Tanya cuty hair perfectly
