A little put off by an employee taking a nap in a hair-washing chair but my haircut was OK and the stylist was very friendly.
Excellent Malaysian massage!! Elaine is great, however the room needs some ambiance, like candles and relaxing music instead of the loud music from the hair salon. Larger towels would be preferred as well.
Joann was excellent. After handing in the groupon, discuss what you want done & the total, if there is to be an affitional fee.
I will definitely be returning. Fernando did such a wonderful, subtle job with my color and highlights, and the cut was perfect. I am thrilled.
The hair color is not what I asked for and also the haircut. Now I'm stuck with a terrible haircut that I can't manage.
Ask for Mona. She is very detail oriented and cares about her client. I am so happy with my keratin treatment plus blow dry !
