They wanted to charge me more without discussing it with me first. Lady did not know what she was doing, she cut my hair and bangs very short then after the blowout my hair was left oily. It was a waste of money. I will never go back.

I had a very nice experience at the UES location. The wash and shampoo came with a head massage. The stylist listened to my request and made suggestions throughout the haircut. She also made sure I was happy with the result before I left.

I have been to this salon a few times and had Franco cut my hair. He is an amazing stylist and i have loved every haircut he has given me. I will continue to go to this salon as long as Franco is there.

Vasiliki is an expert hairdresser and colorist. I love my haircut and color. The salon is very nice and spacious. Would go to Vasiliki agsin

It was over 90 degrees and the air-conditioning system broke .. They also have you go and wash your hair , and after your hair is soaking wet , that is when they have you first meet your stylist , So the stylist has no idea what your hair looks like dry.. Very unprofessional The stylists grade product into my hair without asking me if I wanted any product in my hair .. I never use any kind of conditioning or hair conditioning product ..
