They were not particularly enthusiastic or friendly, but they did a good job. I had an issue with the bathroom, though - dingy and no soap!
An additional $5 was assessed for requesting a particular operator. This was not mentioned on the groupon. Also, an additional dollar was added on to the tax, due to using a groupon. Never had that happen before!!
I had a great experience at Excel Hair Salon. Vivianne, my stylist, was meticulous and skilled. I rarely feel totally satisfied with a haircut, but this experience was the exception.

I used Vivian for a cut and highlights and found her to be very good. The salon itself was not fancy or " cool", however my hair came out good and I would return .

THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY NICE, APPOINTMENT WAS GIVEN FAST.I WAS TAKEN IN FAST THE PERSON WHO SHAMPOOED MY HAIR WAS EXCELLENT. THE BEST BEFORE I HAD MY HAIR WASHED I SHOWED THE STYLIST MY HAIR AND TOLD HER I ONLY WANTED A TRIM AND SHAPE AND TO DO MY HAIR THE SIMULAR TO THE WAY IM WEARING IT SHE CUT TOO MUCH AND MY HAIR IS VERY HARD TO WORK WITH AND MANAGE ALSO IT SEEMS LIKE MY HAIR IS UNEVEN
