They Vivian was great
The stylist did not listen to my simple request for a trim and the hair cut is noticeably uneven. (I will now have to pay to go to another salon to have itfuxed) Disappointing experience and service overall.

I was VERY disappointed with my Excel experience. I showed them a picture what I wanted and ended up with nothing remotely close. When I asked if there was anything we could do to fix the issue I was told, "You don't understand." I completely understand that what you've done is not what I asked for and instead of making excuses, you should just fix it. I will NOT be back.
